| I had physical therapy at "Sport and Spine", for about 3 months. Before I started coming, I wasn't exercising regularly (although I generally knew that it is important for our body to work out) because I just didn't find the time, the energy and most of all the motivation. Slowly, thanks to the therapy exercises my body got stronger and stronger. Drew, as my personal instructor, and "Sport and Spine" staff overall, were always very welcoming, very warm, friendly and caring, and that gave me a wonderful feeling. Knowing that whenever I come to therapy they will all be there and welcome me with laughter and some chatting and the great general atmosphere, was very relaxing to me. I had a wonderful, positive experience with "Sport and Spine" and especially with Drew as my personal instructor, thanks to his energy, enthusiasm, positive attitude, encouragement, and his caring personality. I decided that now that I finished my physical therapy treatments, I will try to continue working out regularly. Now I really feel that I learned a lot about what exercises I can do, how to vary them, and mostly I feel my body is stronger and more capable. Drew helped me build my body up gradually to a point that made me motivated and aware of the difference between how I feel now, compared to how I felt when I didn't exercise regularly. I not only know that exercising regularly makes me feel better, but I also feel that exercising regularly makes me feel better. That is why I wanted to thank Drew, and Meghan or welcoming me into "Sport and Spine" Physical Therapy Family. -Marcelle Rudnick |
